Envalior 的成立和新中文名恩驊力的確定，是我們面向未來，開拓進(jìn)取的里程碑；
也是我們強(qiáng)化品牌，提升行業(yè)影響力的新起點(diǎn)；我們將全心全意，繼續(xù)為您提供最佳
且可持續(xù)的產(chǎn)品及解決方案。
為了保證品牌的一致性，我們已經(jīng)啟動旗下中國公司的更名流程，這項(xiàng)工作預(yù)計(jì)在
2023 年 6 月底完成，具體為：

? 朗盛（無錫）高性能復(fù)合材料有限公司將更名為恩驊力工程材料（無錫）有限公司。
? 帝斯曼工程材料（江蘇）有限公司將更名為恩驊力工程材料（江蘇）有限公司。
? 帝斯曼新和成工程材料（浙江）有限公司將更名為恩驊力新和成工程材料（浙江）有
限公司。
我們努力將更名過渡期間的影響降至最低，確保日常溝通聯(lián)絡(luò)及業(yè)務(wù)的正常開展。

We are delighted to share an exciting announcement with you regarding our business
operations in China. As you are already aware, we have recently established our joint
venture, Envalior, which began its operations in April 2023. We are thrilled to introduce our
new Chinese name, 恩驊力 (ēn Huá Lì), which carries profound meaning and reflects our
vision for the future.
Through the name 恩驊力, we emphasize our role and self-understanding as a forwardlooking company. We aspire to make a difference, leaving a lasting impact in our industry
while providing you with the best possible and sustainable products and solutions.
In line with this exciting development, we would like to inform you that we have initiated the
process of changing the names of our Chinese entities to further align with our joint venture's
brand. This process has been initiated and is expected to be completed by the end of June
2023.The specific name changes are as follows:
? LANXESS (Changzhou) Co., Ltd will be changed to Envalior Engineering Materials
(Changzhou) Co., Ltd.
? LANXESS (Wuxi) High Performance Composite Materials Co., Ltd. will be changed to
Envalior Engineering Materials (Wuxi) Co., Ltd.
? DSM Engineering Materials (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd will be changed to Envalior Engineering
Materials (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd.
? DSM NHU Engineering Materials (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. will be changed to Envalior NHU
Engineering Materials (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd.
We are committed to making this transition as seamless as possible for you, ensuring
minimal impact on our day-to-day business interactions. We will inform you about relevant
